2026 Jeep Compass Altitude 4X4

EAG Dodge service dept saved my trip. My Jeep had a fuel leak cause by a bad repair by another shop days before a he hundred miles away. There was no way to return home from my trip but Sean at EAGD service got my car in in the late afternoon, and a service tech thankfully stayed late to figure out my problem. Miraculously the fix was easy and performed quickly. Sean was friendly, helpful, humorous, and took great care with me, my partner, and my vehicle. And he worked with me to help combat the original shops warranty denial. And we were on our way and able to get home that same night instead of having to get a hotel room like I assumed we'd have to. This was absolutely the best service I've received at dealership ever. I whole-heartedly recommend them.

My dad had bought 2 trucks from them a few years back (2003 Tahoe and a 2013 ram) and both trucks have been running great till this day. So when I wanted to buy my own truck I knew who to trust and where to go. They were really helpful with everything that came to buying the truck. And for the past 5 months of owning my 2024 ram Laramie it has been great. Would recommend.
