2026 Jeep Compass Limited 4X4

I had been shopping since October when I first went to Englewood Jeep. I met my salesperson Charmaine Hoilett which was friendly from day one. She showed me a few vehicles and allowed me to test drive my Grand Cherokee 4xe. I knew exactly what I wanted so she really didn't have to try to sell me on different models. She offered me a fair price, but I still was not ready to lease. I continued to shop around and ended up coming back to her and Tim, which is one of the Sales Managers that I dealt with. After coming back to Jeep Englewood Cliffs I realized that the best overall experience was Englewood. Thank you for getting me my Grand Cherokee Overland which I'm very pleased to drive.

I'd been wanting a Jeep for years, nevertheless every single time I went to a Jeep dealership I was met with less than friendly sales personnel. Every single time I was treated as if I could not afford the product or as if I was not worthy of being there. I had seen it in movies, but I never thought it would happen to me. BUT this was NOT the case at Englewood Cliff and with Elias. He was kind, patient, and above all transparent without the need to be rude. He spoke clearly and explained everything in detail taking his time to make sure we felt comfortable and at ease. This was important specially because of our last experience. We didn't tell him anything about what we had gone through before, so his behavior and treatment was genuine. I tend to be those type of customers that will keep going to the same place just because of service and I will definitely come here again. He was fantastic. I just leased a Jeep Grand Cherokee and had the pleasure of working with Charmaine Hoilett. Charmaine was beyond helpful, thorough, and honest. She never once pressured us or made my wife and I feel uncomfortable. She was extremely knowledgeable and straight to the point (which is why we loved working with her). We communicated through the phone and when we arrived at the dealership, she had the cars we talked about lined up front and ready to go. The process was seamless from start to finish. When my lease ends, I plan on only working with Charmaine again because of how great she treated us and how honest she was from the jump. Charmaine offers the experience that every car shopper is always looking for but struggles to find. 10/10.
