My experience with express service advisor Kelly Cox was nothing less of exceptional. She greeted me with a smile, she was kind, helpful and polite. She also asked for my patience as she stated Ray Laethem was transitioning over to Golling. Kelly is a great asset to this dealership and I think she needs to be recognized for her great customer service. I imagine its not easy dealing with people everyday but, she did it all with a smile, I also observed her greet every customer the same. Thank You Kelly ????
