2027 Jeep Compass Limited

I can always rely on Mark to provide excellent customer service. I only gave 4 stars this time as when I picked up my Jeep the interior was covered in a film of something - that was even in the door jams, on the rearview mirror, console, etc. when I called I spoke to the service manager as Mark was not there. I was told if I could bring it back or send pictures - and if it was something THEY determined they did - they would schedule a detailing. It was there for 3 1/2 weeks. This was not something done by anyone but them. Just a bummer that after years of bringing my Jeep there for service this would be the response I received. I sent the pics via email and never heard back. Because of Mark I will likely go back- but that right now is the only reason.

Everyone was professional and met my needs perfectly selecting a vehicle in my price range. All were extremely nice and polite and made the experience very welcoming. Will definitely recommend to others! Thank you to St J CDJR for pre approving so quickly!

Keith and the crew at Service and Parts helped us figure out what was needed for our van that got all crazy after getting hauled out of a snowbank. It is good to know that even older vehicles get the attention they need
