Bailey Boggs is the best, ask for her if you want to look at a used truck at landmark Dodge. I saw a truck online that I wanted to drive and it was at landmark Dodge. I sent off an email requesting for an appointment and Bailey responded back that evening and set up the appointment. I was not at all expecting to buy the truck, I just wanted to drive it. Bailey was very genuine, honest, knowledgeable, and when she didn't know the answer she said, I'll find it out for you, which was the right answer. We went on a test drive. No pressure, which I very much appreciated. I even told her manager the same story and that if the sales person was going to pressure me I'd walk away. After the sale Mr Anderson was a great help as well. He's very knowledgeable and was honest as well. Thanks Bailey no buyers remorse here.

I highly highly recommend the Independence Landmark DCJR dealership! Spencer in the used car sales lot is THE BEST! He provides wonderful customer service and makes sure you end up with the best vehicle and deal. In fact, I was so happy with the 2021 RAM Laramie that we bought, I came back 2 days later and purchased my 2023 Hyundai Kona. Both times I was very happy with the car buying process and both vehicles work great. Mike in finance was absolutely amazing too! He does a wonderful job of explaining the process to you. I can't recommend this dealership enough! Do yourself a favor and just go here! They are always getting the best inventory and they ARE HONEST and tell you like it is! Will was great to work with, he gave me 100% of his time and attention during my shopping experience for me new Jeep. The deliver manager, sorry, I don’t remember her name and I listed her business card… but she was great to work with also. She when over all the fine details of the purchase and assisted me with the custom upgrades that I wanted so do for my 2024 Wrangler. I recommend coming to Landmark Dodge before going anyplace else when you are in the market for Jeep, or anything else you may want.
