The financial guy (forgot his name) was also extremely polite and matched all my needs in order to afford and purchase this car. I highly recommend this shop for all Monroe county purchases. Service representative was very attentive to my prior issues at other dealerships. She also relayed that info to the certified mechanic that troubleshot and repaired my vehicle.
