Friendly and thorough service. What makes the service department at Nelson’s really shine is their approach to customer relationships, they never make you feel put off for asking questions, and answers never come off condescending. Not everyone is an expert in automotive engineering, and they get that. They really do make you feel like your just asking a friend for advice. Thanks guys?? They also have a vehicle detailing service that’s worth every Penny!

I can’t give them five stars because I don't know them that well and I don't want to be dishonest. But the service was good. He fixed the shotgun seat in my 2016 Chrysler Town and Country that stopped moving with the seat buttons. It only took a half hour to get it done after I arrived 15 minutes late for my appointment. All in all it was good service. The cost was 97 dollars which felt like a lot but everything is a lot these days. I got a synthetic oil change from the Fast Lane and it cost me a hundred dollars. So it's like a dollar does not go far anymore.

Trevor was very helpful in arranging what was a long distance purchase for me. I was only going to be in town for a few hours at the end of the week and he answered all my questions and made sure that everything was organized to get me in and out quickly, including coming in on his day off since that was the day I was able to be there. All of the people I worked with at the dealership have been friendly, welcoming, and attentive to my needs. Was a very pleasurable vehicle buying experience.
