Purchased a new Charger on Sept 20, 2023. We worked the car deal via phone and email as I am 3.5 hours away from the dealership. When we arrived the car was upfront ready for showing. Rodrigo was great about explaining a few of the questions I had about the car, what he didn't know he had a service person come out to show me. There was 1 problem with the car that they said they would resolve and they followed through as promised. The sale went fine without any surprises. This is my 2nd Lithia purchase and I would do business with them again.
Bought a 2020 ram, and didn't wait for hours or a bunch of back and forth negotiations. I drove away very happy with my choice and I highly recommend going here for a newer vehicle
