Excellent service department with strong work ethic, fair prices, and timely service. Our fleet has (2) Ram 4500s and McPeek's is the only place Iwe trust to service these beasts! This dealership handles recalls, warranties, fuel filter, def filter and oil changes in a timely manner, without complaint. McPeek's recently replaced a rear main seal on my diesel, under warranty, with no hidden charges, no fuss, and got the work done in time for our pending cross country delivery. Miguel in the service department has been our go to guy. He takes pride in his customer service, has a compassionate ear, and works with the techs the get the job done right and on time. I personally like the night drop option and after hours pickup service thats keeps me out of traffic and gets us back on the road. Thank you for being a valued service team!
