2026 RAM 3500 Laramie 4X4 Mega Cab

Bought our 2nd truck thru Steven Wade Truck Center. My car thru Steven Wade Dodge. The guys at both places are awesome. I give shout out to service dept also. Can drive up & get oil change tire rotation with no appointment needed.

Was passing through on a roadtrip when my Jeep started to have a high frequency vibration. It was a Sunday so first thing Monday morning I showed up and they initially told me a week before they could even look at it. I explained my situation to the service advisor Flavio and then he said he’d rush it and get it looked at in a day. Went back to my hotel and then Flavio called about thirty minutes later and said the tech was looking at my Jeep at the moment. Long story short Flavio understood my situation and squeezed me in. Great service department. Needed a routine oil change and showed up with no appointment. Cole was fantastic and helped through the whole process. Their waiting area has a lot of seating, though I wish there were more outlets for charging laptops while we waited. The oil change and tire rotation were fast and a great value when you pre-pay for 3 of them.
