2026 RAM 2500 Tradesman/Black Express 4X4 Crew Cab SWB

Initially I wanted to put zero stars. We were traveling and were hundreds of miles from home and hundreds of miles from our destination when our truck went into limp mode because of the Def System. We are still under warranty and pulled into this dealership hoping for help. The initial person we spoke to refused to help us even though we were completely stranded. Luckily David Booth Manager stepped in and recognized the seriousness of our situation. We had a room in Elko, spent the night and David had us on the road by 10 the next morning. We greatly appreciate the time he took to address and clear the situation. Thanks David!!

Absolutely amazing ladies that work in the service department. I came through on my way to California. I needed my breaks checked after going through some mountain passes. I was only there for the day. The were able to get me in right away!! They checked everything out and within a half hour of waiting they were finished! They said everything was great and charged me a very small service fee! I was far from home and worried about my car and if something was terribly wrong. These people could have really charged me a ton and made up problems that I would have no way of arguing against. They were so friendly and eager to help and made me feel so comfortable and confident to finish my trip to California!! Thank you ladies!!!
