    It was quick and easy to schedule a tire rotation online. Check-in at the service area was also convenient. I received real-time updates on the progress of the service via text and was notified as soon the rotation was complete and my vehicle was ready to be picked up. Finally, a day after the service was completed, we also received a follow-up call from a service area manager to verify we had a positive experience with Reed Dodge.
