Tom in the service department at Tuttle Click is amazing. They are booked up, but that is because they are well worth the wait. Tom knows his stuff. Another dealership almost had me paying for things that were covered under my extended warranty. Tom was familiar with both my vehicle type and my extended warranty program. He was able to get my repair covered under the warranty and saved me THOUSANDS of dollars!!! I can’t thank him enough! I will never take my vehicle to another dealership to be serviced after this experience! Thank you Tom!!!

I had Dodge of Irvine work on my 2011 Ram 3500 Cummins replacing radiator hoses, coolant, power steering fluid and brake fluid. Everything went seamless and I was happy with the repair. Even though the repair wasn’t inexpensive, I appreciate competent trade work.
