2026 RAM 2500 Big Horn 4X4 Crew Cab SWB

While I REALLY appreciate that my car was fixed and the check engine light is gone, my car is so nasty! They now wash the cars and detail them before they leave the shop which is such a great idea, however, someone needs to know how to actually wash a car. My side view mirrors and entire car looks like it was smudged with a dirty rag. In fact, there was a string from the rag stuck in my door handle. I'm usually not picky about a free car wash, but when it leaves in worse condition than it arrived, it bothers me. Again, really appreciate the hard work this service shop does and how great they worked with me, but they may want to teach someone to use a clean rag ;)
