2026 RAM 2500 Laramie 4WD Crew Cab SWB

I stopped in just to see what Liberty would have as we were looking for a used vehicle. I wasn't expecting to find anything in our budgeted range, but ended up finding the perfect vehicle right at what we planned to spend! Our new to us vehicle is in excellent condition and less expensive than what I would've thought. They did an 85 point service check and also gave us an Experian Car Report, more thorough than CarFax. Very satisfied with my salesman, Donnie, as well. I hate going into auto places by myself because there are still so many places that still treat women like we don't know or understand vehicles. Not Donnie! I told him what I was looking for and that's what he focused on, never trying to pressure me into a higher priced vehicle, never treating me like I needed things explained to me. Very knowledgeable on what was on the lot and how to help me. He was low key, giving me the help I needed, without hovering but nearby to answer questions when needed. Highly recommend! It's easy to see why Liberty is the best dealership in Rapid for so many years running. If you go in, ask for Donnie and tell him I sent you!

Cannot say enough good things about this dealership and their service department. We are from Texas and were out in the Badlands when our jeep Grand Cherokee check engine light went on, 1 PM on Friday afternoon. We were able to drive into Rapid City to Liberty Chrysler Jeep dealership and, they not only quickly analyzed the problem but they were able to fix it same day within a couple hours. They even provided a free Lyft ride for us to downtown Rapid City so we could grab some lunch and enjoy the city. Everyone we ran into at the dealership was high-level of customer service and so very nice. if I could give more than five stars I would. A special shout out to JUSTIN in the service department who was so efficient and so nice.

The dealership is very friendly.It was a great place to do business. They were very professional and very accommodating. It's of the best dealerships I've ever been in. I would highly recommend them
