After my vehicle was totaled I was dreading car shopping again. I went to a few dealerships prior to finding Maikel here at Gengras and I couldn't be more thankful to find him. He made the purchase of my new vehicle so easy and I never felt pressured. He followed up with me and made sure I was taken care of even with the dealers system being down. My Jeep recently needed to be towed and serviced and my local dealership told they wouldn’t even look at my car for weeks. After recommendations I called Gregas service they not only took my jeep that day but it was ready the next day for pick up. Everybody was kind and the price was much lower than I expected. You def gained a new customer! Thank you!!

Had to bring my jeep in for recalls etc and was operating on a time frame as I don’t live here full time….just have to shoutout to ALMA at the front desk, she is absolutely the best!!! So friendly, you can tell she cares and despite it being my fault for having to have my car done quickly she took me seriously and made sure it happened, and I am so grateful! Super communicative as well, always was updated timely about my car and kept in the loop! I am terrified of car dealerships lol but Alma and this team made me feel so much better! Thanks again! Will def choose this location when it comes time to renewing my lease. Jeep corporate should recognize they have a great team here!!!
