Upon arrival, I was greeted by the friendly staff, who quickly checked me in and confirmed the services my car needed. Complimentary donuts made the wait pleasant. The service was completed within the promised time. Service Advisor Leland Paxon took the time to explain everything, he provided a detailed estimate without any pressure to have the work done immediately. Although we were dissatisfied with Luis the seller/insurance department, because of you and your ability to work with customers, we will definitely buy another car from Bill Luke and we will also be recommending!????
