Goodbye AutoNation and hello Larry H Miller. it’s nice to go to a company where they actually take customer service seriously. My truck is very important to me and I couldn’t be more happier with the service I got today from Rachel and the service team. She went above and beyond making sure that I was well informed of my truck and how soon I’d be out of there. He was not pushy nor did I feel pressured. Ten stars for Preston! I bought an immaculate vehicle and I could not be happier. Upon receipt of the vehicle it was presented in a way I have not experienced before, beautifully. I was so excited driving it off the lot.
