We began our car shopping experience at Max Motors with Kyra. She found a used car that we wanted, had it delivered to their location and we test drove it the next day. Then we started looking at new cars instead. While we didn’t find the right car for us at Max Motors, I highly recommend the service and assistance Kyra provided! She educated us, communicated and provided vehicles based on our financial position. The communication wasn’t overwhelming but she was available when we needed her!

Being a Jeep Girl, I am rather particular about my ride. I want what I want! But let me tell you, Max Motors did not disappoint! We drove 3 hours to Butler, MO and traded in my 2018 JLU…she was my first Jeep. I loved her, but my heart was set on a 392 and Max Motors had one on the way. We made a trade deal & drove a loaner for 43 days. Then we drove the 3 hours back to Butler pick up my new 392. She. Is. Beautiful. Kevin Filby is a top notch salesman. When you’re ready to buy your next vehicle…KEVIN IS THE ONE TO USE! He handled my teasing about the ‘family friendly’ loaner like a champ, he kept us apprised of the new Jeep’s location while being built & shipped. He answered all my questions on signing day, registered the online accounts, called several times after the sale to make sure we didn’t have any additional questions. Guy Bloom in finance knows his stuff! He had everything ready when we got there, also answered any questions we had, educated himself on any tax requirements for our home state, allotted plenty of time for us to tag the new Jeep. Manager Frank Ferguson clearly runs a tight-knit ship. To some, that might seem like a bad thing. To me, it means he knows his employees’ needs and they’re probably more like a small family. So, thank you to Max Motors for making this experience a fun one! We will be back!
