2026 RAM ProMaster 2500 Tradesman 136" WB Low Roof

Was able to buy my first Mercedes with these guys yesterday 7/5/24! From the minute John picked up the phone with some energy and being greeted by the sales manager Danny I knew I was in for a pleasant experience. I was in and out within an hour with a full tank of gas and a free wax. Thank you for your time I plan on sending my friends and family here going forward.

The dealership provided me with only one key at the time or purchase and promised to provide me with second key within a week. This is also recorded in the due bill at the time of purchase. But no one at the dealership cares to provide me with the missing key. It has been a month and I am still struggling. I am planning on reaching out to Chrysler or explore legal options. If someone at dealership can help me ASAP, I am willing to update my review. Update: Danny from sales department was very responsible and customer oriented. He got the key delivered to me at my home in person. Kudos to you Danny!

Great team! Came in today and picked up a new dodge charger! The new management team there is so awesome! They all came from another store and were so lucky to have them in Davis! Definitely going to be getting service there! Joe the new service manager is awesome!
