I can't speak for myself all I did was make the appointment and my Wife took the truck in. She did say that the staff was really good and she wouldn't mind going back to that location. That speaks for itself...I will no longer take anything I own to Spirit or Frontier in Lubbock, TX. Not after personally dealing with each. Service and attitudes go a long way in building trust in dealerships.

I purchased a Jeep in Houston and encountered some issues with it. After contacting Frontier Dodge, Spirit Dodge in Lubbock, and All American in Slaton, none of them could schedule me in for a minimum of 2 weeks, and they were not very helpful. However, when I contacted Plainview Dodge and spoke with Marc Gonzales, he assured me they could diagnose the issue the same day if I brought it in. Despite driving from Lubbock to Plainview, I decided to give them a try. Once there, the technician, CJ (I think), did an amazing job diagnosing the problem and identified a couple of additional issues that needed attention. I approved the repairs and was kept informed of the progress. It was definitely worth the drive, and I will always take my vehicle to Plainview Dodge for service in the future.

I was broken down during travel. They worked me in, diagnosed the issue, fixed it, and sent me on my way. Excellent knowledge and listened carefully to my symptoms. Very reasonable rates. Highly knowledgeable tech. Nailed the issue. This service team gets a full five stars.
