    This is a long awaited review, My apologies. First off let me start off by saying thank you so much to one of the best salesman here (skip). He made my whole car buying experience enjoyable and much better than any other dealership I been too. I flew down to Albany from Nevada to pick up my hellcat I was a little skeptical because I never done anything like this before but skip assured that everything was going to be fine I didn’t have anything to worry about and he was correct. I give it up to Albany CDJR the customer experience was phenomenal everyone in there was nice and thanking me on my purchase so Thank you to skip and the Albany crew I am definitely satisfied with my purchase and I definitely would recommend them to anyone who’s out there looking to purchase a car.

    I made an appointment to address a couple of recalls on my car, which they did, ordering the parts, all good. What I didn’t expect was the hospitable atmosphere, friendly Southern charm and then the “above and beyond”service I received. With their diagnostic capabilities, they were able to find issues, actually important safety concerns that needed attention. But I didn’t have to wonder or worry whether the things they found were legitimate, because the auto technician made a 45 second video showing me a clear view of their findings. McKenzie, the service liaison kept updating me, giving me different options, including pricing. Oh, and while I was there, I was offered a free value estimate (which I accepted) from Keri. Further curious about my trade in options, I was introduced to Dawn and her assistant, Ryan who are putting feelers out on my behalf, to see what they can find for me. So, good people, thorough, communicative and do good work.
