I arrived at the dealership just to take a glance at a used vehicle. I had no interest of purchasing and I had never visited Duluth Dodge before. I was immediately greeted with a friendly hello and prompt offer to assist us. We had made a test drive appointment and they were ready and waiting for us—the vehicle and the salesperson were ready and waiting. We received a second friendly greeting and soon we were on the road testing the vehicle. Again, I had no intention of purchasing, just wanted to sample the model they had. The salesperson, Jake Dubla, was polite, patient, and well informed. He answered all questions, and was understanding and polite as I was up front that I only wanted to test the model, I was not ready to purchase. Jake Dubla offered to run some numbers and I agreed. Much to my surprise, Duluth Dodge made us an offer we couldn’t turn down! I left empty handed, with Jake’s business card. I texted several questions later that day and early the next, and Jake Dubla responded to every question. I ultimately returned and purchased the vehicle from Jake Dubla. He made the process quick and simple. I was never made to feel bad about any steps of the process, a feeling I have experienced at other dealerships. The finance team was also polite, patient, friendly, and well informed. My experience with Jake Dubla and Duluth Doge was 10/10, I highly recommend them, and I will visit this dealership when I am in the market for another vehicle.
Highly recommend Duluth Dodge, all the staff was very professional, friendly and helpful. Not to mention they did a dealer trade for me and I got my brand new car delivered the next day! I’ve done all my service through the dealership (oil changes&tire rotation) it’s always done in a very appropriate and timely manor. I was was it giving great customer service by this fine young gentleman by the name of Bob Anderson. Highly recommend him. He told me what I needed and was able to explain to me and get me down to a workable monthly payment plan on my loan. Got all the paperwork and ready so when I got there all I needed to do was really test drive the vehicle and then which was very well cleaned up. And then sign the paperwork with the finance manager who was also a very fine gentleman. Ohio recommend Duluth Dodge to my friends and family who are looking for vehicles. I hope to one day again when I'm running to buy my next vehicle experience the same customer service and Speedy that I was that I received this time around.
