Had a good experience purchasing a new car. I initially looked out of town but Oscar asked to allow them the opportunity to meet or beat the deal. Upon arrival I was helped by Eric who was very personable and professional. Eric didn't pressure me and was very helpful. We were able to make a deal here locally instead of me going out of town. Thanks for everyone's help and for making this a pleasant experience.

I only had recalls that need servicing, the appointment process was simple and the person making the appointment was phenomenal. Once arriving for the appointment however things did not turn out great. It seemed like one hand did not know what the other hand was doing, there's a service of text messaging you can get to know when your vehicle is ready I never received a text so I came 3 hours later, to First be told oh it doesn't look like they've even started on your truck. By that time I was beyond livid having no information! Then I was told oh no they just didn't input yet that it's complete. Like it was no big deal. This is not the same person I dealt with that morning when I dropped it off. They need some work in this area of communication. I wish there was three and a half Stars available but based on setting the appointment and my arrival point of contact I'll give it four stars since I could not do three and a half, I don't like feeling inconsequential just because I'm doing a recall appointment that I don't have to pay for. Superb communication and customer service should be the norm not the surprising.
