We purchased a new Jeep here, in 2017. The sales process (that always takes a bit too long for my taste) was pleasant and efficient. I have always felt that we got this car from "a good place". Now, four years later, I needed a copy of extended warranty papers, from thousands of miles away from Wickenburg. Based on past experiences with car dealerships and extended warranties, I expected dozens of unproductive phone calls, being sent from one place to the other, etc. But I was wrong. After I got connected to the sales department, all it took was giving Chuck the last 6 digits of the VIN number. After a quick, friendly conversation, I received the desired document on my email address that they still had on file.
