Shout out to Cody for taking care of our family van! We can understand why Crown Service was fully booked for weeks before we could get our Dodge Caravan looked at. They are excellent! What could have been a very bad situation for our van (suddenly wouldn't start one day and would just click and make funny noises) ended up being a defective battery cell. First, Cody ran tests on our van to ensure it wasn't related to our van's computer. After seeing nothing wrong there, he told us he would use an alternative power source to test if it was just our battery. He got all of this done in one day and stayed in close communication with us. Sure enough, as he suspected, it was our battery! He replaced it and our van was starting up with no problem, everything functioning as it should. We appreciate the honesty, integrity and sense of urgency Cody showed us. We highly recommend Crown for any service needs and will definitely be back. Five stars and two thumbs up for these guys!
