2026 RAM 2500 Tradesman 4WD Crew Cab SWB

I bought my RAM from Chapman Las Vegas Dodge Chrysler Jeep Ram last year and love to get it serviced here because they provide great customer service. They’re prompt and very attentive and are very welcoming and great at what they do. Particularly Nacho, Jason and Cassidy. Thank you guys for making me feel at home! Wow, what an adventure I had today! I was cruising through town on my way to Ely, Nevada when all of a sudden, disaster struck - I got a flat tire! To make matters worse, my brakes were screeching and I was overdue for an oil change. But hey, I'm a go-getter and I wasn't going to let a little setback like that stop me from meeting Ricky “BmoFer” W. Thank goodness for CHAPMAN Las Vegas Chrysler Dodge Jeep service department and their amazing team! Rick, the service manager, went above and beyond to help me out. I was being a little demanding, because of my schedule. but he handled everything like a true professional. He was honest and upfront when he couldn't do some of the things I asked for. And let me tell you about Jason Daniels - he may not be on Rick's level, but he's still a great guy with a wealth of knowledge about Mopar and your vehicle. If Rick's not available, be sure to ask for Jason he loves dealing with the public. Amazing dealer ship every was top of the line from the moment I walked in I was treated with respect I have been and will always be a regular customer.Richard Goria was a excellent salesman he showed me what I was interested in and didn’t talk me into anything else I didn’t want . Also Lisa in the finance department did an excellent job getting me a good deal. The dealership over all felt like an high end experience even though I was there for a used vehicle. Been to other dealers and the experience was definitely not up to par with Chapmen.
