2026 RAM 2500

My Service Manager was communicative and friendly, and the price was fair for the work I had completed on my car. Overall the experience was phenomenal, but the small details are what docked a star off of my review. After getting work/maintenance completed on my vehicle I expect to receive it in better condition than I left it. Mechanically, my car is great. But there's oil hand prints on the interior, and sweat marks all along either side of the hood of my car. I wasn't expecting the mechanics to detail my vehicle for me, but at the very least wash their hands and wipe the sweat off of it. I hope I can get the oil off, but I shouldn't have to.

Jeff and Elizabeth went above and beyond to get us into the truck we needed and at the price we wanted. We wasted months chasing lead in ads and games with other dealers. For some reason I made one more call one evening, spoke to Jeff and within a few hour we went to Denton from Forney. He did exactly what he said he was and Elizabeth handled all the details and had the truck all spotless and ready to ho home with us that night. I will never go anywhere else....save yourself a lot of time and aggravation and go see our friends at Denton Dodge. THANKYOU SO MUCH!!
