After waiting months for another make of American-made vehicle to become available due to supply chain delays due to the pandemic, I discovered that Robert Green's had several reasonably priced Jeeps on hand. Salesperson Jessic Whalen went several extra miles to unite this happy customer with a Grand Cherokee. "We'll do all the heavy lifting," she promised (speaking of paperwork and applications), which she did.
I had the most pleasant experience I've ever had buying a vehicle. My salesman, Richard, and the sales manager, Kevin, were extremely friendly, helpful, and low key. I didn't feel pressured in the least and they were readily negotiable on the price. They handled all of the paperwork and financing quickly and efficiently and the vehicle was delivered on time and as promised, clean and serviced. I even got a jar of delicious homemade pickles from Richard when I picked up the vehicle. I enjoyed talking with him so much that drop in to see him when I'm nearby. If you're looking for a new or used vehicle, give Richard a try. I'm sure you'll have as good an experience as I did.
