In my experience with AutoNation, the appraisal process was efficient with no wait time. However, I found that the offer on my vehicle was lower compared to offers from other companies. On a positive note, the agent I worked with was professional and courteous throughout the process. I ended not selling my truck.

They are the most amazing place I have ever been to buy a car, not only was Whitney amazing with us, but she did most of the work so that we didn’t get stuck driving an hour and a half for nothing, she and will got us into the car of our dreams in literally 24 hours and they both did everything over the phone!!
