For three years I've been dealing with the location in houma , I have never had a great experience , and the staff is normally pretty rude , but today I brought my 2016 Chrysler 200 to Southland Dodge in thibadueax , Mrs June is absolutely amazing .. she was knowledgeable and very kind . My car was dropped off at 8 am and by one she had called me to come get it ... This experience was by far the best one I've ever had at Southland Dodge . She deserves a promotion ,and the service writer along with the service techs all seemed to be very knowledgeable I appreciate how I was treated as a customer that mattered today ... From this point on Southland Dodge in thibadueax will be the only Dodge dealership I'll be dealing with ! I wish I could give them a 20 out of ten rating ... Very courteous and professional , got the job done quickly and I was back on the road .. y'all go check Mrs. June out along with her team of amazing service techs
