I was able to sit down with the new owner Jimmy and order my new Durango R/T, and was able to choose all the options I wanted for it. It was a great experience and exciting to be able to do that. He was very informative on the process and explained everything in great detail. I worked closely with the salesman Karl he was very pleasant through the experience also.
