Although the painful experience of a total loss made me start searching…I can honestly say working with Doc and the nice man Sam at White Marsh Nissan who personally recommended me to Preston made this so seamless. Sam believed they would be able to cater to what I needed from my vehicle more right now in my budget. With the rental time-crunch after the settlement…Doc really saved the day!
