Cdjr dealership is a definite 5 star! I inquired about a used car, Brian responded quickly to my questions, he sent via email a walk around video, and set up an appointment for a test drive. I drove 2.5 hrs, I was greeted with friendly, hospitable customer service. Ken introduced me to Liz in sales who is knowledgeable, professional, patient and fun! We went for a test drive, loved the car, Liz put the paperwork together, I was taken aback by the 2,990 add on, I was ready to walk away. Jose in management sat with me and negotiated a fair price for my trade in that satisfied the out the door price with add on. Steve in management assured me as well; a professional, honest team. The New Morgan Hill Jeep/Chrysler has been a wonderful experience for the most part. Riley has been the representative I’ve been working with and the customer service has been a wonderful experience with clear, direct, and friendly communication. I’ve been to several other Jeep locations in the South Bay/South County area and have had shady and sub par service and was excited to find a new location had opened in my home town of Morgan Hill when my Jeep started having issues. I give the cleanliness, professionalism, honest communication, and customer service 10/10. The only reason I am not giving a 5 star review is for the amount of time it is taking to fix the issue on my Jeep, as it is currently still at the shop for well over 1 month with engine issues. It seems to be more of a manufacturer and parts availability issue rather than a customer service issue.
