Mark Knipp had the truck pulled up and ready when I arrived. The process was smooth, speedy and without pressure. I believe I got a fair price and they kept good on their promises. I was able to text Mark and he has handled everything from arranging service to answering questions that I had. I am an hour away in Columbia and they even picked up and dropped off the truck for service leaving a loaner while it was gone. They will definitely get my repeat business.
