First of all, the facility is very nice! Very modern, clean and unique. We brought our Jeep in for regular maintenance and it was just as we hoped: easy, quick and cheap. Of course, I mean this all in the relative sense because those three things no longer exist. But it could’ve been worse! Thank you for having us and treating us fairly, even if we didn’t initially buy our Jeep from you!
Anthony McAuly and his service team were amazing! Our check engine light came on and the Jeep was misfiring during a road trip from PA to SC. We called Deacon Jones and Anthony offered to check it out, even though it was last minute on a Saturday. Free donuts, water and a cool waiting room made our family of 8 very happy! One hour later, we are back on the road with the Jeep running perfectly! Thank you so much Anthony!
My husband brought my jeep gladiator in for an oil change and tire rotation. They did great! Service with minimal wait times in their cozy waiting room. The rest rooms were beautiful and clean too. Thank you.
