2026 RAM 3500 Tradesman 4X4 Crew Cab

Recently purchased four new tires for my RAM 1500. The Service Department employees were very nice and helpful. The technicians did an outstanding job. Very pleased, so far.

On a 1-10 scale for customer service, Casey and his team in Quitman are a solid 12. When I had a need with my car, instead of “some” help, I received total support and care, frequent communication and timely resolution. There’s an old rule about treating others the way you’d want to be treated….ever grateful they followed that rule and took great care of me! Mad respect.

This is our third vehicle from Cass Burch, and I wouldn’t buy one anywhere else!! Customer Service is outstanding , and I can’t say enough about the service manager, Karmen and the Sales manager Brian. Brian has always gotten us what we were looking for and has given us the best deal every purchase! Karmen recently sent folks to Tallahassee from Quitman to pick up and service our 2023 Grand Cherokee. Vehicle was delivered back to us the next day!! Go find that kind of service commitment from a dealership in Tallahassee!! Cass, Casey, Brian and Karmen, keep doing what you do!!
