2027 RAM 3500 Big Horn 4X4 Crew Cab

While integrity is more a “quality” than a skill, that is truly what I encountered with Steve O’Neil in the service department. When I was driving through Richmond, I had a catastrophic event with my Ram 2500. That being said, my truck was fixed in a matter of days and VERY reasonable cost. I highly recommend Mann Dodge! I want to say thank you Rex for making this process so smooth and easy. When you have kids and car shopping the last thing you want is to be in a dealership all day. Hopeful this will turn out good. We are traveling and our truck broke down , had it towed here for repair. That was Wednesday. 3/20/24 Today is Friday 3/29/24 Pickup the repaired truck. Parts on back order were sited as part of the delay. We are just happy to be back on the road.
