A lot of the negative reviews on here are about services or minor issues. I haven’t gotten serviced yet hopefully everything goes smooth. Anyways my review is based on purchasing a car and trading in my leased vehicle, they made the process easy. Sarah helped me set up an appointment with Drew, he was able to help me trade my Honda passport for the 2024 Honda hrv. Not as good as the passport, but better mileage, and it’s what we needed as a family. Anyway I appreciate the customer Service they have here. Drew was very helpful so was Leo and Sarah. Thanks guys.
My wife was in an accident and her car was totaled. We began shopping for a new car. We looked at a nissan kicks and a Honda civic. My wife perfered the honda, since we purchased a new one in 2006. We contacted another dealer in longview who told us they had a great selection. That turned out not to be true. So the following day she reched out to Lance at Jack O Diamonds . He informed her that yhey had 1 honda civic Lx left in stock. We arrived at 10am and was greeted by Lance. He walked us around the car and offered us a test drive. I've been with Jack O Diamonds for quite some time, and each time, I've had marvelous encounters when purchasing a new vehicle...
