I had to bring in my 2020 Fit to the BRH service center a few weeks ago (shoutout to Edwin who is a superstar) because of a water leak issue, and GEICO eventually told me that it was a total loss. When I found this out I went to the dealership to take a preliminary look-it’s a four minute walk to my apartment-and Robert Rodriguez helped me pick out a new car. We decided that the Civic hatchback would be the best fit for me, and I needed the sport trim because the water damage in my Fit came from my sunroof thanks to my not driving it frequently and having to park on the street. As luck had it, the model I wanted in the color I wanted that had shown in their inventory as being “in transit” arrived while I was in the dealership. I had to come back a few times to test drive, work out financing, and take the car. Robert, George, Taha, and Asad all made the process seamless and low-stress (not having to do everything in one day definitely helped) and were able to explain the financing and warranty options in a way that was easy for me to follow. Speaking of the warranty, Bay Ridge Honda has amazing warranty options that the dealership I bought my previous car from didn’t have, which is a huge plus. Living in New York City and having five year protection for dents and dings is amazing. Everyone here is really easy to work with, and I couldn’t recommend it higher!

I went in to purchase a car and Lezter was absolutely amazing! If you want someone knowledgeable to guide you in buying a car go and see Lezter NOWW!!! I went in to buy a certified used 2020 Honda civic with around 15000 miles and it was sold. Luckily he had the same car in a newer year and 4000 miles going for the same price. Keep in mind that this is my first time buying a car. The hardest part of the whole process was getting insurance and Letzer wasted no time to assist me in finding insurance that was reasonable and within my budget. He kept me in the loop and answered all my calls and text. Letzer's hard work has set a great example for the whole team. I was so pleased with the service I received from him.
