I had a critical battery notification on my Volvo. I drove it right into Suntrup Ford Kirkwood as they were close in proximity. Rachel Suntrup and her team greeted me at the door and took care of everything, including sending me a text letting me know where she could be reached if I had any questions or concerns. The driver's side window's power function on my vehicle had been acting up for many months. I came to Suntrup's service department and they were able to immediately fix the issue with a quick reset. Specifically, Mike and Jake were able to fix my problem in a matter of minutes. I am especially grateful to them because rather than keeping my car for the day (and possibly over night) they addressed my issue very quickly and I was able to keep my car in my possession. Suntrup Ford sent out a technician to my home to do the recall on my Ford broncos sport. They arrived exactly on time. Did the work in 20 minutes. Technician was nice, efficient great service. I love not having to arrange rides back-and-forth to the dealership !!
