2026 Ford Bronco Sport Big Bend 4X4

WOW!! I am impressed with the customer service. I drove 40 minutes out of my way to Sprit Ford because they were the only dealership in the area with a part I needed that was back ordered everywhere else for some time. And I decided to get my oil change while I was there because they can install the part while they do that. I was impressed with how friendly all the staff were. They weren’t a fake “we have to be nice” friendly either. It felt genuine. The facility was very nice and clean. Service didn’t take long at all and they even gave my truck a courtesy car wash. It was rather muddy from back dirt roads I travel on. That was a nice touch. I can’t say I will regularly come here for service because it is father away for me but I will highly consider it and recommend others do the same. Thank you.

After having our truck to Firestone numerous times for a vibrating issue, in which they couldn’t find the issue but put struts on that didn’t fix the problem and cost us over a thousand dollars, we decided to bring it into Spirit Ford, after talking with Stephanie I knew we had made the right decision. Dropped it off on a Monday night for service on Tuesday, they found the issue, they had to order the parts, got it fixed on Wednesday and I drove away with no vibration. I’ll never take our truck anywhere else again! The only reason I didn’t give them a 5 star was because we didn’t get a complimentary car wash, it’s little things that make a big difference, anytime we left Gorno Ford they always gave it a quick wash
