2026 Ford Bronco Sport Outer Banks 4X4

I had a major part go out on my car. These guys explained everything and actually worked with my after market warranty to get them to help me pay for it. They called me almost every day to keep me posted on how it was going. They are great! I would highly recommend them to anyone. Very nice and very professional!

I had a recall on my car. they were able to set me up with an appointment. I could just wait there while they finished it in a timely manner. They were efficient and got the job done. Enjoyed snacks and beverages while waiting. thank Koch.

I had to have my MME serviced for some recalls and was notified that Anderson & Koch Ford had a program for EV customers where they bring a loaner vehicle to you and then pick up your car that needs to be worked on. Everything was great as far as that goes. Service was great. The only complaint I have is that I told one of the service technicians as well as Jim (not sure of his title) that while they had my vehicle there for the recalls, could they check the health of my 12v battery, and that was never done. Other than that, everything else was great.
