We had carefully scheduled our visit since it would take two days to handle all the necessary software updates on our Mach e. They provided a courtesy vehicle accordingly and all current updates were applied in the time provided.
Skip and Jake were and have been fantastic during the buying, delivery and follow up process. A little concern about process receiving title info after paying $600 for fees and documentation per sales sheet. Car is great, the office process is concerning.
