2026 Ford Mustang-Mach-e Select

TFSMH was among the lowest prices I was quoted for a 2023 Mustang Mach-E among the dealers in the Bay area, but I ultimately went with them because they had the color and trim I was interested in. I appreciate that they had the car charged, cleaned and ready when we arrived. After the final test drive, we took a while to decide on the terms of the lease (down payment/duration/miles) because it was our first time not purchasing a car, but they were patient with us. The finance person was able to process my X-plan discount. They did try to get us to buy a $600 "prepaid service plan" that we politely declined because EVs need little maintenance beyond tire rotations and windshield wiper fluid refills. I'm glad they did all the DMV paperwork and affixed the temp plates and HOV stickers. Our sales person Bobby Covarrubias was friendly and thoroughly answered our many questions as first-timers to EVs - he even wiped down a few dusty spots under the hood himself and gave us a great rec for a lunch restaurant afterwards!

The Ford Store continues to shine in terms of the buying experience. Most dealership experiences suck in today's world and it is so refreshing to buy a car at a dealership where they value the customer experience and make the transaction easy. We have purchased 4 cars from the Ford Store and our sales rep Jordan Byler continues to impress us with his attention to detail. He listens to your needs and does a phenomenal job finding us the vehicle that fits our needs perfectly. During the pandemic many dealers took advantage of customers with ADM charges. The Ford Store never charges more than sticker price as they truly value the customer experience and building long term customer relationships. I highly recommend the Ford Store if your looking a great buying experience where they treat you well.

The Ford Store in Morgan Hill is amazing. Their service staff are on point! Armando is friendly, informative and thorough. His fellow staff are attentive and friendly. The technicians are thorough and even recheck their work if I have a concern based on a bad experience at a different dealer. I cane say enough about my experiences at The Ford Store.
