The service team is amazing! Gilbert and Diego have been amazing very polite and do everything they can to help us out! Our car has been a Pain and in the shop at least 9 times in the last year and a half that we’ve owned the car! Very disappointed with the car we got stuck with! But they have been working very hard to fix all my issues with the car!
I was really happy to have all of my questions answered right away. Anytime I needed something they got to it right away! When repairs were needed to be made to my vehicle they were quick to give us a loaner till ours was done! Melloy los lunas really goes above and beyond for their customers and made a big business feel like small business community!
Initial visit to the service department didn't resolve issue. When I raised my concern to management they promptly took care of the issue and followed up with me to make sure my truck was working properly. Overall great service!
