I was having a problem with my gear shift on my Ford Fusion. This was the third place I called, after another Ford service shop said they had to email their transmissions person about it and different repair shop couldn't get me in for about a week. Let me tell you, thank goodness the other two places didn't work out because Shults Ford helped me immediately. Just over the phone they were able to tell me what the problem was, which was a recall in the past on the gear shift cable. They said they could fix it for free since it was a recall AND they said they could have their mobile team come fix it today. I called around 8:30 in the morning and they had my car fixed by 10 am and I didn't even have to leave the house! 10/10 customer service, I will forever be going to them in the future.
