2024 Ford Mustang-Mach-e Select

My first Ford, and based on this experience, definitely not my last! No pressure, fun and friendly service and they made it easy to make choices (and even a change)! I love the back and forth of buying cars but this was by far THE best experience I've had yet. For people who want a simple purchase, honest answers and to literally feel like part of the Ford "family", definitely check out Jannell Ford (ask for Rob or Eddie)!! You will not regret it!!

Couldn’t be happier with my experience at Jannell Ford in Hanover. Every single staff member I interacted with was so friendly (especially Lola!!) and welcoming. Buying a new car can be overwhelming but Jack B and the Jannell staff made the entire process seamless and quick. Jack was super knowledgeable and made sure I knew every feature before leaving the parking lot. Definitely see myself being a Jannell customer for life!

This is now the third truck I have purchased through Jannell. They have always been kind, low pressure and have always found the perfect vehicle for me. Paxton was excellent to work with, and the rest of the staff, including the manager, Eddie, were all pleasant and friendly to chat with. I would highly recommend Jannell Ford!
