Had such a great experience working with Brian Winn purchasing my very first Ford, AND my very first truck! Brian was knowledgeable and worked with me to find exactly what I needed and at the right price. He coordinated all the paperwork and had my truck ready for pickup when I arrived the next morning. Came in with an overheating issue in my old car, unfortunately it needed an engine. My advisor showed me the problem and walked me through the repair process step-by-step. With the engine being on a backorder, I elected to purchase another vehicle. Ms. Brittney Brown in sales was a delight and made buying a new to me vehicle so simple. She explained everything in clear detail and was very honest with me, even sitting down with me to discuss the nuances of financing and helping me find a beautiful Ford Edge that suited my needs and not exceed my budget. Haven’t really ever dealt with a salesperson that was willing to do that. If I could give more than 5 stars, I would. Great people and a beautiful facility. 15/10 experience.
