Doug was extremely nice and upfront from the beginning. He was quick to return our calls and a great person overall to deal with! He went the extra mile to recalculate our loan when the percentage dropped THE DAY we were scheduled to pick up our vehicle. Mandy did our paperwork and was super nice and accommodating as well!
